			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most people probably think of the <a href="http://steelbikedeals.com/surly-pugsley-deals/">Surly Pugsley</a> as a great winter snow bike, but it's actually a pretty flexible bike all the way around.  Muddy terrain is just fine, even when it's at the bottom of a lake or pond.  Check out what this guy subjected his poor Pugsley to. Hopefully his hubs got a good overhaul after this as well.</p>
